Recipe : 1 kgr mince meat , 1 big onion grated , 1 egg , 1/2 cup of Cretan Earth olive oil , 1 cup breadcrumbs and 1 spoon of the special mix for meatballs . Shape the mince into small balls and fry in hot oil for 10 minutes .
