At an altitude of 400m – 670m and the “Kumi”, “Spartia” vineyard , on limestone soil. Is produced by the integrated management method with production yield of 700-1000 kg per / acre. From the varieties Vidiniano 50% – Assyrtiko 50%. Harvest for Vidiano from August 15th to September 10th and for Assyrtiko September 1-20th .
The winemaking is done separately for the two varieties in different tanks and oak barrels (3 months) until maturation is completed, 80% of the wine matures in French oak barrels and 20% matures in American oak barrels.
