From altitude: 350m – 550m with production yield per acre 700 – 1000 Kg. from the “Thochala” “Vourou Pefki” vineyards, in the area below Asytes Iraklio. The harvest takes place on 15-30 September for Mandilari and 25 August to 15 September for Syrah. Each variety is vinified separately, extracted with wetting and remains for 12 months in French oak barrels 80% and in American barrels 20%.
