This blend exhibits a distinctive richness of aromas and offers a balanced mouth feel with a long finish. It is vinified with pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by low temperature fermentation. The wine is served at 10-12°C and pairs exceptionally well with Greek cuisine, roasts and poultry.
