Product Description
Still Dry Wine, PGI = Protected Geographical Indication CRETE, from the Cabernet Sauvignon-Mantilaria varieties from the Daphnes area. Vineyard at 350-450m altitude. Separate fermentation in the winemaker machine, classic red Vinification. Aging for 8-12 months with combination of french barrels. Biodynamic cultivation.
